Moira’s approach is compassionate and non-judgemental. Moira values creating a safe therapeutic environment and tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
She works with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, changes in life circumstances, interpersonal and relational difficulties, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, psychosis, trauma, and grief.
Moira works with evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for psychosis (CBTp), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
Moira accepts Medicare and DVA, however, a referral is required through your treating medical practitioner. Moira also accepts NDIS and private clients.

Joelle Compton Transformational Coaching and Counselling
As a skilled coach, counsellor and mediator Joelle takes a holistic and integrative approach to coaching and counselling. Joelle believes that every person has a story that deserves to be heard, no matter how big or small and she believes in each person’s capacity to change, grow and rise to the challenges life puts ahead of them.
Joelle has helped hundreds of people resolve issues in their personal lives, families and work lives to find a fulfilling pathway forward.
Joelle has studied with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, James Cook University and Queensland University of Technology. Joelle holds a Masters of Counselling, is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and has worked as a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
Joelle also has a strong understanding of abusive backgrounds and has worked in advocacy roles for survivors of domestic violence.

Charlotte O’Donnell – Attuned Hearts Psychology

Charlotte O’Donnell is a clinical psychologist and principal practitioner at Attuned Hearts Psychology, with over 20 years’ experience working with adults across private practice, hospital and community settings. Her background includes primary care, veteran services, sexual health, EAP corporate and industry services, and clinical experience supporting neurodivergent adults and people of diverse sexualities, genders and identities.
Charlotte offers a calm, respectful and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients can feel genuinely heard and be met with thoughtfulness and care. Her approach is warm, grounded and collaborative, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship.
She draws on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema-focused Therapy (SFT), Eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), within an attachment-informed framework tailored to each individual.
Charlotte works with presentations including anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma-related concerns, grief and loss support, neurodivergence, gender diversity issues, relationship and attachment difficulties, identity exploration and adjustment to life stressors. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, emotional steadiness and practical coping strategies that support everyday functioning.
Charlotte accepts Medicare and DVA referrals from a treating medical practitioner, as well as seeing private clients.
